Colin: I want to be a silly boy like that. Me: You ARE a silly boy. C: Oh. But I want to do THAT [sing with K & O]. Me: Maybe this summer in Pennsylvania, okay? C: Awight
Merry Christmas, Kyle and Owen.
And to all the silly boys (and girls) out there, I say HAW WAY YOU YAH!
OMG, that made us belly laugh. I love the verse part of Jingle Bells though I've never quite heard those words before. Our favorite part was the "How-way-you-ya, how-way-you-ya..." Loved it! Thanks for sharing. Amy
I have to tell you what just happened. I was watching this ... maybe 1/4th of the way into it -- noah came screaming acting hurt to tattle on someone -- he saw K and O and stopped dead in his tracks (stopped screaming forgot to tattle) instead he stood giggling and watched the rest of the video. :) Cute!!!!! Thanks for the help with the faker Noah.
Hey All-- I've just got to say how funny it is to see so many comments on this video related to people's young kids' reactions to watching it!!! I find it fascinating! It is funny that little kids seem to have such a strong (positive) reaction. And now maybe some of you will believe us, and understand why, when we tell you that K & O are the most popular kids in their class -- if not the most popular kids in their school. Because they do stuff like this. ALL. THE. TIME. ... And yes, Malia's Mama-- they're EXHAUSTING. ... And Tara, so funny, because: 1) No, the ornaments aren't glued to the tree but we have definitely *considered* that! 2) Yes, Noah can come over anytime. I can't tell you how many times I've read your blog when you've mentioned Noah and thought that these three are cut from the same cloth and would SURELY be three peas in a pod if they could get together. I'm sure if we lived close enough our kids would be best buds. :) Signing off from Casa-de-la-Silly-Boys, HBJ
I loved this so much I just had to share the laughter with someone else so I forwarded it to Azra, our former foreign exchange student, in Bosnia, (she wrote back saying that the boys are so adorable with a trillion exclamation points). They are oozing contentment and yes, silliness, and so much joy. Thanks!
Oh my gosh. Hilarious. And who needs to know the words to a song when you've got that much energy? Can you imagine if you could bottle that enthusiasm! Wow.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas together. This age is so much fun.
~ PARTY OF FIVE ~ The Johnson-McCormick Family Blog
About Our Blog
The Johnson-McCormick Family Blog is a blog spot for sharing the scoop on our little family's big life! We are Heather, Braydon, Kyle, Owen, and Meera Johnson-McCormick. Kyle and Owen are twins- born May 8, 2004 in Cite Soleil, Port au Prince, Haiti- adopted January 31, 2005. We became a "Party of 5" when Meera Grace was born to us on May 28, 2008. We have a crazy, fun-filled life with 3 bambinos and 2 big careers all under 1 roof - The point of this blog is three-fold: 1) to keep friends and family posted on K, O, and M's goings on's and our life, 2) to create an historical document/journal/scrapbook of this wild ride, 3) to be out there in the blogosphere -- loud and proud -- doing what we can to support other adoptive/inter-racial families and dual-career families in their journeys. Thanks for reading and following along! As Kyle and Owen say, "It's a bumpy bumpy ride!"(in a good way!).

Oh how sweet. Love it and thanks for sharing!
My littlest is standing by my shoulder saying "again, again!" He just wants to keep watching!
K & O just got the highest praise from MalĂa: Mo, mo! (more, more!) They are beyond cute and I get tired just watching them!! :)

Two more comments after watching it again with ALL my kids.
1. Are your ornaments glued to the tree? They seem to stay on very well even when abused.
2. Can Noah come over? These three belong together. :)
Hahaha, that is hilarious!!!
