thank you for directing people to Heartline -- the big Gov't people are not helping little NGO's on the ground and we are on our own-- this money IS getting to the people -- and it will for years to come -- the UN is contolling things and things are absolutely going to waste -- big outfits and some in US Gov't leadership are unable or unwilling to support smaller ministries/ NGO's --- we need people to help the little guys that are on the ground and working the system from the back side --- we don't need the BS of gov't and politics in our way anyway.
