I must admit, being 3 months into locking Pipo's hair, I am studying the change in their hair in the 2 years! Cute, cute, cute!
The hair! Yes, that was the first thing I was noticing too!! :) Only mothers of black kids... ;0
If you click on the third photo to enlarge it you can see that the back of Owen's head was just fuzz--- the entire back of his head was completely bald when we got him at age 8 months. By 12 months it was just starting to grow in a little fuzzy. It wasn't long enough to twist/loc until much, much later! I also remember how HARD it was to get them to sit still when they were the age they were in those photos! Not that it is EASY now, but it is soooo much easier than it was THEN!!!!! LOL!
