Finally Caving In

O.k., so my mother has been begging me to post a photo of my prego self on the blog. After all she did for us last week, the pressure has finally got the best of me, and I'm caving in to her wishes. From here on out (this week starts my third trimester), against my better judgement and fighting my own self-consciousness, I will post photos periodically (note I did not say regularly) of prego me for all the world to see. I can understand how my own mother wants to see the prego development on the blog, but it is hard for me to imagine that the rest of you want to see it. Either way, for better or for worse, here goes. For Mom (taken last night), the bump that we call Baby Sister:

You look glowingly gorgeous! (I'm not sure if that made complete sense) What I'm trying to say is you're glowing and you're gorgeous!

You do look beautiful as a pregnant mommy! Maybe we can convince your mom to post a photo of her with you in the tummy!

Aww, not too bad. How far along are you? With my first, no one knew I was pregnant until after the 6 month. With the second, it was obvious much earlier, like 3 months. Doc's reasoning for this? After you blow up a balloon the first time it expands much quicker the second time. Thanks doc.

Thanks for being brave enough to share a pic. I think you look cute. When it gets closer to the time to deliver you'll have to post a pic and poll people on birthweight like Tara Livesay did. :)

what a cute little bump. I just officially moved from "cute bump" to "holy crap woman, don't deliver on my floor". Good times.

You will be glad you did this. I didn't with my first and this time I am going to be better...sort of.

You look fantastic!! I too am pregnant and much further along than you are (feeling like a beached whale). My mom has also been bugging me to post a pic of myself on our blog. Trust me, post the pics now while your are still "cute" & pregnant, beacause soon you too will be feeling like a beached whale...LOL

You look great! When I visited I wanted sooo bad to take a picture and encourage you to put it up. But you're always so good about keeping attention off of women's bodies (one of the things I love about you) so I thought I shouldn't push it. But I love, love the shot! Celebrate you and Baby Sister.
xo,
Patricia
